    OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS

    PAYPER is specialized in the designing, manufacturing and selling of:

    • Electronic bagging SCALES up to 2.000 cycles/hour
    • BAGGING machines for all type of solid products (powder, granulates, flakes, ...), all bag types (paper, polyethylene, polypropylene, ... ) and weight range from 5 to 50Kg
    • BIG-BAG filling station for all solid products (powders, granulates, flakes, ...) and all type of Big-Bags and octabines from 500 to 2.000Kg
    • Dynamic CHECK-WEIGHERS up to 3.000 cycles/hour
    • We also supply bag palletizers from our partner NEWTEC from France.  We have almost 400 common installations, what means a very efficient partnership.
    • Finally, we also supply complete packing lines, thus supplying all equipments from bagger to film pallet covering device. We cooperate with well known international suppliers.

    GANTRY PALLETIZER with Cartesian movements (4 axes)

    Low output

    Suitable for low output capacities (up to 500 bags/hour) or for those applications where available space is reduced. Form lays through deposition of bags one to one by means of a grip with telescopic movement. Bags handling grip is designed according to the type of package to handle. It can work with bags, boxes, drums, pallets, etc.
